First Time Here?

Thanks for stopping by, you have already taken your first positive step.

We know opening up can be daunting – ESPECIALLY if it is the first time. We know this, and if you are new to MENTalk Lincs, we want you to gain the same positive experiences anyone would get, whether they have been to all the sessions or none at all. Even if the first time you’re present, all you do is listen, you’ll learn. From people who have been there, and done something… maybe not what you’re going through, but you can be sure there’s similarities and consistencies – we’re all human! The big leveller here is communication.

How We Help

A new initiative for Lincoln and surrounding communities, MENTalk Lincs was created to be a safe space for those who, mainly men and boys, wish to be heard and could be wrestling with a range of issues in their life.

We are not your mate down the pub who thinks you just need to cheer up or look on the bright side, and we’re not someone who can give you a magic pill. We’re something in-between! We offer educated guidance, advice, hints, tips, a toolbox, whatever suits! All built from lived experience.
